Friendship Group

Friendship Group is specially geared to bringing developmentally handicapped individuals together to celebrate God’s love. Come and join us every Thursday night from 7:30 pm until 9:00 pm , mid-September through May, for a time of Bible study, crafts, games, and refreshments. Lessons are geared for developmentally handicapped students to learn about the love of Jesus. We do lots of singing, using a variety of rhythm instruments for extra participation opportunities. An evening of bowling is a special treat at the end of the season. You are also invited to attend our worship services. Enjoy worshipping with the congregation, or if you wish, there is opportunity for individuals to hear a simple Bible story during the message, on a one-to-one basis with a teacher.
