Friendship club …

is a wonderful, exuberant group where those with and without disabilities can truly be in community. We get together every Thursday night from 7:30 - 8:45 pm, mid-September through May. The new season will begin again in September!

We spend time doing crafts, playing games and learning about the love of Jesus. We also listen to Bible stories and learn how they apply to our daily lives. The friends all love to take part in acting out the stories as well. We have events throughout the year, such as a BBQ, movie night and special treats.

Our Mission

Just as a body, though one, has many parts,
but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.

If you have a mental impairment or know someone who does and would be interested in joining Friendship, please contact us. We would be happy to welcome new participants into the group!

Volunteer

As helpers, we often feel that we are there to teach the students something; yet usually find we are the ones who leave having learned something about life. We are blessed by the love, openness and simple faith each of our friends show us.

We encourage you, whether in Friendship group or anywhere else, to open your hearts to people with disabilities. If you, or someone you know, would be interested in volunteering with us, we would love to hear from you.
