If you clicked on a message and it did not start playing try the following
Right click on the message that you want to listen to and choose "Copy Shortcut"
Open "Windows Media Player"
Click on "File" and choose "Open URL..." a diologe box will apear
in the box right click choose "Paste"
click "Ok"
Return to Listen to the Message
