ABSENTEE AFFIRMATION: Council is asking members of the Congregation to affirm the nominees presented for their giftedness and ability to carry out the duties of the office for which they are nominated.  For those members of the congregation members who are unable to attend the morning worship service on April 15th, there are Absentee Affirmation forms available at the Welcome Centre this week and next.

Performing Arts @ Mountainview invites you the join them for an EASTER CELEBRATION CONCERT featuring the Stratford Concert Choir, a 90+ voice community choir committed to the presentation of the best of the classical choral repertoire. The concert will take place on Saturday April 7th @ 7:30 p.m. There will also be an opportunity for audience participation. Proceeds will benefit the McNally House Hospice. Tickets: $15 each, or $35 per family (w/children 15 & under.) Available at The Dutch Shop or at the door.

If any of you watched him on his blog, you’ll know a little bit of some of the things he experienced. Come and show your support to this young man for such a special mission. SERVE SATURDAY - The Outreach team is organizing a "Serve Saturday" on Saturday, April 21 a morning where we can bless those in our community by serving them. Come and serve with your small group, friends or church family. Join us first for breakfast at 8:30 at the church and a time of devotions and prayer.  After that, we will go out into the community in groups to serve others' needs- spring yard clean ups, helping out at GBF, visiting seniors, doing small projects etc.  Come back to the church at 12, after your project, for a BBQ lunch and more fellowship. Looking for an affordable evening of fun for the entire family? You won’t want to miss Brent & Sarah’s Comedy Magic Show! Friday April 13th at 7pm at Cedar Creek Community Church, in Cambridge. Aging: Challenges and Opportunities - This training event will address the issues we face in “the third third” of our lives as individual believers, as well as the response of the Christian community. Speakers will help us think through faith life, our ability or inability to live independently, caring for aging parents, our interpersonal relationships, and changes in our mental health as we age. 2.  How should we to approach conflict in our church communities? Conflicts within churches are real but we can deal with them in a way that deepens relationship, strengthens community, and builds our faith. Mission Thrift Store is currently seeking a Full-Time Receiver who understands and supports the vision and purpose of BFM Foundation (Canada). BFM Foundation (Canada) is a national Christian organization with over 50 Mission Thrift Stores across Canada. The net revenue from all Mission Thrift Stores is devoted to the Joint Ministry of BFM Foundation (Canada) and Bible League Canada.
