June 7th – Benevolence: Your contribution to Mountainview’s Benevolent Fund provides assistance for those in need in our church family and in our local community. These include basic needs such as food, clothing, housing and schooling. A church and community of our size has many varied needs within it. Please continue to support our ministry of Benevolence.
Gratitude Giving from Mother’s Day to Father’s Day - From Mother’s Day to Father’s Day we hope you will join us in our special campaign giving honour to mothers, fathers, omas, opas, grandmas, grandpas, aunts or uncles, or a loved one. We invite you to take part in our Blooms of Honour, a campaign dedicated to enhancing our courtyard through the creation of more accessible seating areas in our existing gardens at Shalom Grimsby and/or the new courtyard in Faithstone Hamilton.
As a symbol of honour, the name of a parent, grandparent or friend can be written on a paper tulip in recognition of the gifts received. These tulips will adorn the glass windows to form our “Garden of Honour”. Thank you for your support.

Help Communities Affected by the Ebola Outbreak - An Ebola outbreak is creating urgent health risks in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighbouring countries. In Uganda, World Renew is preparing a response with local partners to share prevention messaging, provide handwashing stations, and equip local volunteers to help stop transmission.
