Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy,

to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice,
Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering.

Set Apart - worship by being you
 holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.

Don't settle for caterpillar
Do not conform to the pattern of this world,

What happens in the chrysallis?
How is your mind renewed?
but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Do you know God's will for you?
 Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

The journey with Jesus is complete in Him.  It is finished. Take it.
Trust and dare to walk with the Holy Spirit, allowing for inner change.
Focus on the truth of your redeemed life and give it to God.

You may be a caterpillar, but you have butterfly potential.
You need to surrender your whole self to God's power to change you.
Whenever you are acting out God's love, that is life.
