Our First SUMMER JAM takes place this Sunday at 4pm in the Fellowship Hall followed by a BBQ outside!! As this past week was Dance Camp, children will present their dances, share some camp songs, and present what they learned about the Fruits of the Spirit over the course of the week. Come join us and support and celebrate our community kids and families.
Come, connect at Kid’s Camp this summer!! We are looking for "Camp Companions" to hang-out and connect with kids during free play this summer. Come once, come twice, come all 28 days! It’s up to you! Come build relationships with our community kids and give the Leaders a lunch break. Check out our sign-up sheet on the Mountainview website for more information and to find available dates.
Mountainview’s Prayer Ministry will be meeting 2 times per month this summer rather than weekly given member schedules. Meeting dates are July 10th & 31st and August 14th & 28th. Please continue to lift up the various needs of our church community and the world around us in your prayers regularly, despite not meeting weekly in person.
Please consider attending the film Unplanned. The first three showings of Unplanned have sold out so we now have new dates. The Pen Centre Landmark Cinemas has now been booked for Mon. July 22nd and Wed. July 24th; possibly more dates to follow depending on demand. For updated information and to book tickets, go to www.unplannedfilmniagara.com. You can also go to chooselife.ca or call (905) 684-7505 if you have questions. The film Unplanned tells the true story of Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood abortion clinic director who quit the abortion industry after seeing an ultrasound guided abortion on a 13-week preborn child. Let's pray for continued strong attendance, and that this film would have a powerful impact in our community.
